  Robert Warren - CEO & Founder

Rob has been in the IT industry, both the hardware and service sectors, since 1986. In 1999 e.serv was formed to fill a void in the market for a high quality, full service firm that does not compromise it’s values. Rob is a hands-on leader in the organization responsible for strategic business development, account management, marketing and operations.

In Rob’s twenty-plus year career he’s had the privilege of working with the most distinguished IT professionals and prestigious organizations in the country, including: Walt Disney World, Wells Fargo Financial, Wachovia, Carnival Cruise Lines, LabCorp, Nicor Gas, Global Payment Systems, Hon Furniture, FTD, Unisys Corp., Parts Unlimited, Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Fiserv, Farley’s and Sather’s Candy Company, and more.

Rob and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 19 years and live in Cambridge, WI. He enjoys motorcycling, camping, fishing, pheasant hunting, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

 

  Wendi Reuter - IT Technical Recruiter

Wendi joined e.serv in June 2011 as IT Technical Recruiter. Wendi is responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals. She is also responsible for ensuring our company database is up-to-date with the most current staff, candidate and client data, to ensure e.serv has the most current information on our vital contacts.

Prior to joining e.serv, Wendi spent four years within the staffing and recruitment industry. She was responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions including: IT technical, executive and managerial level, accounting, general office staff, and manufacturing. Previous to her recruitment career, Wendi spent five years as the Technical Support Coordinator at a B2B software company in Illinois, where she was responsible for a variety of both administrative and software support duties.

Wendi lives in Janesville, WI with her teenage son, Alex. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and gardening.


  Sarah Roth - Account Executive

Sarah joined e.serv in August 2012 as Account Executive.  Sarah is responsible for business development, new business development, and marketing.  Sarah’s territory covers Madison, WI; Janesville, WI; Beloit, WI; and Northern Illinois (Rockford and Freeport areas). 

Prior to joining e.serv, Sarah has held several positions in business development/new business development at Spacesaver Corporation, Conney Safety, and 5 Alarm Fire and Safety.  Sarah also worked as a Technical Services Representative at Lab Safety Supply in Janesville, WI.  Sarah has had manufacturing roles as a Safety Assistant at Velvac in New Berlin, WI; Safety Intern at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI; and Corporate Safety Manger at Schweiger Industries in Jefferson, WI.

Sarah lives in Janesville, WI with her daughter, Ariana.  She enjoys playing with her daughter, weightlifting, playing volleyball, dancing, cooking, writing, and using her kiln to make her own unique fused glass and PMC silver jewelry. 

 

  Sharon Erb - Office Manager

Sharon has been with e.serv since October 2003. Sharon is responsible for payroll, invoicing, payables and receivables, in addition to most other administrative functions.

Prior to joining e.serv, Sharon worked in Palm Springs, CA directly for the President of KSL Resorts, a company that owns and operates luxury resorts across the country. A native of Wisconsin, Sharon worked for many years as Administrative Assistant in the State Senate and House of Representatives.

Sharon served three Wisconsin Governors as Assistant Director at the Governor’s Residence. She executed State dinners and receptions, performed accounting duties, and coordinated public tours of the residence. Sharon entered the campaign arena and coordinated the schedule for a U.S. Senate candidate. She was appointed to the Small Business Administration where she served for four years.

Sharon and her husband, Roger, live in Cambridge, WI.  They have two grown children and four grandchildren.  Sharon is an active volunteer in the community.
