· Create and maintain of a project plan for the implementation.
· Own issues submitted by the assigned customers to ensure resolution is obtained.
· Perform quality assurance on custom product knowledge development before the development is submitted for customer review.
· Maintain verbal and written contact with customer project teams via status calls, remote working sessions, email and issue tracking tools.
· Escalate issues appropriately both internally externally including missed deadlines, budget overages (internal only) scope creep, etc.
· Learn new functionality and new technologies being released and understanding how to support installing and live customers facing new releases. Proactively passing along recommendations to respective customers on which new features and benefits pertain to them.
· Experience with object oriented programming (VB 6.0) is a plus.
· Experience with one or more ERP systems is a plus.
